Insane 1 - Braindeath initiate
Don't get the 3 jewels from between the explosive rocks until told to do so. The rock that starts directly to the right of you needs to be pushed and then dropped on top of the rightmost of the 3 fragile rocks to the right of the screen. This will let you collect your first 2 cups.
Now you need to kill the jewel monster. Use the fragile rock that's directly above its path. This will give you 11 jewels. Now collect the top jewel and only the top one from the 3 that's between the explosive rocks. Now you have a trail long enough for the trail door so go and get the keys. Unlock the left of the gold doors and let the first 2 fragile rocks break on the wall underneath. Once this is done, go between the mines and collect the 3 cups and head straight back. Your trail will allow you to do this without the last fragile rock blowing the mines up while your in there.
Next you must kill the orb monsters. Since your trail is too long to use the fragile rock for the left one, you need to kill both by guiding them to the mines that are left. The left one is pretty simple, guide it into the rightmost of the 3 mines at the left of the screen. The other is a little more tricky since the mines will destroy most of the orbs. If you guide it to the left of the 2 mines that are above the 3 mines on the left side of the screen you should end up with at least 4 orbs. Next you can deposit your trail after opening the orb door, and collect the last 2 jewels from between the explosive rocks.
Insane 2 - Bomb shortage
This level has a not so obvious solution to it. Collect the bombs and speed pill and head to the bottom. Since the water is needed to finish the level you need to blow the depth switch up so you dont have to step on it. plant a bomb next to it, wait for it to blow and pass through before the growing walls trap you (your safe to move over the explosion, just don't be there when the bomb actually blows). Now collect the next speed pill so you can surface quickly, your oxygen will be nearly out. Now the 2 security mines need destroying and that's why the water was needed. Anvils can be pushed underwater. Use the anvils to take the mines out. Now use your last bomb at the bottom where you can blow a way into where the jewels are, surface while the bomb times down. Now collect the last speed pill, and go get your jewel. You only need one to finish. Don't try and get them all as you don't have enough oxygen to do it even with the speed pill.
Insane 3 - Maze of puzzle
Don't deposit any jewels to a whirlpool until told to. Go down then left to get the invincible. Now head to where you started and go to the left, until you hit a spring that will take you over a black hole. The invincible will protect you from this. Now go down to the next spring which will take you to the bottom center of the level. Now collect all the jewels that you can without hitting any springs. You'll also get a bomb at this point. Now where the jewels are on the very left, you need to blow up the top spring with the bomb. Plant the bomb diagonally up and left to it so you don't take out a jewel as well. Now your trail should be 14 jewels big. This means your safe to step onto the left facing spring near the bottom right corner. You will collect the normal jewel and auto-jewels but the next normal jewel will block you since your trail is full. This will stop you running into the C4 which his why the trail needed to be 14 jewels before. Collect the remaining auto-jewels before heading out of the area and deposit your jewels. You can now exit.
Insane 4 - Death Roof
Your first priority is to collect 20 orbs. You need to get these from the orb monsters inside the room in the bottom center. Drop rocks in trying to time it to kill some. This whole thing is a bit random and unpredictable but with some sense of timing you'll kill orb and jewel monsters and be able to get 20 orbs. If any monsters get out of the room where you blow any holes, it may be easier to hunt orb monsters down there. When you have 20 orbs you can go get the goods out from where the orb door is. se the invincible to hunt down jewel monsters. The mouth monsters can be hunted too since they snacked on monsters near the beginning and if they haven't ate anything else, you'll have a few more monsters to kill. If your quick you can get many more jewels than you need. At time of writing this solution, I got 104 jewels altogether out of the 40 needed.
Insane 5 - Handicaps
Go right where you're forced to collect an inverse jewel and go to the top right area and get the jewels there. Since the inverse jewel is the first in your trail, when you deposit there won't be a penalty since your jewel total can't go negative. Next go up from the center, collecting the alcohol. It should be pretty easy knowing how to use the pushable walls to get to the jewels, just remember that the alcohol is reversing your controls.
Next head down from the center where you'll have to collect some magic glasses. Try and remember what the level had before as the glasses will make you see some sprites that aren't actually there (they wont interact whatsoever; they really aren't there). Collect the cups and head back out. Now for the final phase, press the depth switch and kill the fish. You need 9 auto-jewels from each fish so make sure the anvil wont kill it at the bottom. Use the arrows to surface quickly.
Insane 6 - Dungeon escape
Only collect jewels when told to. Start by collecting the jewel on your right next to the tunnel entrance and then deposit it into the oncepool on your left, causing it to disappear. Now from this line your on, head down from the space next to where you started, then go right and take the next path down. Pass the mine making sure the soil directly under it is not stepped onto. Let the bottom monster out. Take shelter away from it by going one space left where the paths cross near the bottom (you go one space down the path where the other monster is without letting it out). The monster you let out will pass you, pass the mine safely and get stuck in the area you started at.
Next you need to kill the other monster on the mine. Remove the soil under the mine and let the monster out so it runs into the mine. The path leading to the bombs must still be fully soil so the monster turns left and heads up. Collect the jewels it gives. Now collect the bomb and head to the place where you started, collecting the jewel on the way. Open the trail door and go right across to let the rocks get inverted, but head straight back, there's more jewels there than your trail can hold so don't get too full. Also be careful as the monster you let out can come back here, though its probably in the tunnel.
Where the path goes down 2 spaces next to the tunnel entrance, wait there so when the monster comes out it will pass you. Once it does, go through the tunnel. When you exit get rid of the soil spaces so the monster can follow you, go through the tunnel below and then take shelter above the left of the 2 arrows. The monster will eventually return and pass by you, you're safe above the left arrow. The monster will go and blow itself up on the mine further on.
Once its passed, plant a bomb above the right arrow to open up the whirlpool and deposit your jewels if you have more than 13 in your trail or if you want to anyway. Now you can clear up the remaining jewels and finish, be careful at the top where the monsters are.
Insane 7 - Closing hours
The time door is a decoy, there's really no need to rush. Go into the room with all the rocks and create a path underneath the rock that's in line with the break jewel limit. Before making the path here, make plenty of space underneath so the rocks can topple off each other. As the rocks and jewels drop, collect the jewels when its safe to do so an d make sure to get the ones that the rocks may bury. Eventually rocks will stop falling and you should have a clear path to the top to get the other jewels and be able to get back out.
Once you have these, go down to the icy area and get the cup (use the walls to get to it) and follow through to the bottom area of the level. If you still have your shield, use it on the jewel monster, otherwise guide the friendly monster into the jewel monster. After this use the teleporter to end up next the whirlpool and exit.
Insane 8 - Quadragate
Collect the key above you and the break jewel limit then step in the bottom left teleporter. Kill the orb monster using the rock inside its path but don't collect the bomb or let it get destroyed. After this is killed and you have the orbs collected, collect the jewel from inside the mouth monsters path. You need to guide the mouth monster to eat the bomb and then guide it into the mine on the left. Now use 3 bombs to get into the room at the far left and get the jewels and key.
Now head back to the center and collect the ghost pill. Pass through the top right teleporter and go straight to the right for the key and jewels. Don't pass through the orb door, its a waste of orbs that you need later anyway. Once back, go to the bottom right teleporter and collect the jewels, and also get the orb x 2 using a key, then head back to the top left teleporter. Once you deposit your jewels you're ready for exiting. You have 4 bombs left to dig your way through the rocks and you also need to press the red on switch. Use your 18 orbs to get to the exit, you can't get the jewels.
Insane 9 - Blast 3
Success at this level is about how you make your path and guide the monsters. You should firstly destroy the rock monster up against the wall to go through. A good way to do this is to bring the rock monster down from the left of its path, guide it across and bring it up underneath the rock that was in its starting path and drop it on it. Now you need to get either of the other 2 monsters in the next area and destroy it against the wall to get through. Again, guiding it up from underneath a rock and then moving sideways when meeting the rock to kill it is a good idea. Now you need to kill the last monster against the last wall in a similar method.
You need to plan ahead and know how you're going to create your path where you can guide the next monster, and that's really the only help I can give on this.
Insane 10 - Target mine
Start by collecting the 2 break jewel limits and the shield. Now create path so that every mine on the field can be reached. This place will be full of bugs soon and they need to destroy every mine for you, so as long as the mines can be reached, don't worry about how the path is laid out.
Now use your shield to run into the standard mine giving you access to the jewels. Go to the far left and head down. You need the jewels to take shelter against the countless bugs that will appear once the mouth monster blows up and turns into 9 of them (which will multiply). As the jewels shelter you, collect them as you can without coming out, there will be enough jewels to drop around you again and protect you, you only need 15 of them. Eventually the screen will be littered with bugs and once all the mines have been taken out the exit will become available, you can deposit your jewels and finish.
Insane 11 - Key chaos
Firstly you head to the top right corner for the ghost pill. Now you need to be quick here; there's no room for error. Go to where there is a path of weak walls surrounded by solid walls and get the 2 keys and the jewel. Now once you get back out, go into the room where there are 3 jewels and silver key, and collect these. Also you need 1 jewel from the room to the left of it. Hurry up and get out of there before the ghost pill wears off.
Now open the white door where the rainbow key is and once the rocks have crumbled you can get the jewels too. Now go to the far left and go through a door to get to the jewels in the top right corner. Use another key to get back out making sure your rainbow key is still left.
Now go to the room at the bottom right where the invincible is and use it to destroy all the security mines. This will open up the orange door giving you access to the plunger to open up the exit and the last 3 jewels that you need.
Insane 12 - Laser wall
Collect the 2 bombs and then press the blue on switch. Now step onto the single step and press the off switch, getting back out with the arrow. The lasers have dug through some of the wall at the bottom, go through this opening and plant a bomb at the end, which will cause an anvil to drop. At the top right area there's 2 rows of anvils, make a space under the right hand set so they fall 2 spaces down where they will block the laser at the top. Go and press the blue on switch again. Go through the up arrow and place the last bomb next to the wall leading to some jewels and get these.
The top laser is blocked so you can get out with the down arrow. Go and get the invincible by dropping the left set of anvils. With the invincible you can now go through the lasers and get to the jewels. Collect these and get back out and to the left whirlpool before it wears off. You can now exit.
Insane 13 - Spill gate
In this level you need to use the inverters to collect every rock and jewel in the top center. Make one path under one inverter so that one string of rocks and jewels fall through inverting. Try and pick a spot where more rocks will fall through as these will be the jewels for you to collect. Collect the jewels when you can but don't make more path at the top yet, letting masses of stuff fall through is the worst thing you can do. Once you end up with a pile of rocks, go to the next area underneath and create on empty space again so the rocks can fall through and convert. On this area, most of what falls through needs to be jewels.
As you end up with nothing else to collect, start another string of rocks and jewels falling from the top again somewhere else. If your careful and don't rush into opening the entire row out, you can even do this level without using the very bottom row.
Insane 14 - Greater rock
This level really isn't hard at all, think of it as a little break from the others. Get rocks from the rock generator one by one and guide them to the bottom to kill the monsters. Just remember you need 18 jewels and 18 orbs, so you mustn't kill a monster while its at the bottom or you only get 6 items and won't be able to finish.
Insane 15 - C4 shooter
You have to be very quick at the beginning. Head left and move the gunners so they don't shoot a C4, also remember you need to be able to push at least 3 of them later so you can't leave them right up against a wall. After the left side, do the same for the right. With the hard bit done, now get them to shoot the security mines to open the exit for later.
Next, line 3 gunners up so they are shooting at the middle 3 of the 5 growing walls at the bottom. Head to the top where the plunger is. Time pressing the plunger so you destroy the 2 end growing walls when the gunners shoot the other 3. Now if you collected all the auto-jewels earlier without any being shot, you only need 4 jewels out of the bottom room and can allow the middle 3 to get shot.
Insane 16 - Guard tower
Theres a security switch at each center edge. Your first task is to press these. There's a lot of gunners shooting at you so you need to use the strong walls in front of the security switches and the corners inhabited by mouth monsters for shelter. As you pass the corners, don't let the monsters out, pass through the second to end path so the monsters stay in. The exception is the top left corner, you need to let this monster out and get killed so it doesn't eat your invincible when the security doors open.
Once you end up back in the bottom right corner having pressed the 4 switches, pass through the teleporter and collect the invincible. With this you need to get inside the gunner area to the jewels. You can push a gunner to get in. Now here's the problem. There's one jewel short from what you need to exit. This means you've got to get a mouth monster to eat a jewel then get killed. Collect most of the jewels leaving perhaps the bottom 2 rows. Now push a gunner down and across so it gets shot, allowing a jewel or two to drop to the bottom. Collect all other jewels now bar this one. Now let the bottom left monster out where it can get this jewel. As it roams around it will eventually get shot, giving you the extra jewels you need.
Insane 17 - Aquatic mine
Collect the jewels from between the mines and also the auto-jewels and rainbow key from the water. Press the bottom of the 2 depth switches that are at your due left. Now you can into the room at the right and collect the jewels and press the yellow on switch. Now go back into the water and get the jewels on the right, you can reduce the water for this if you want. If you do reduce the water, raise it back afterwards. Now step onto the spring. Since your under water you won't lose control. Step onto the teleporter and when you get out the other end, collect the bomb without letting the wall grow.
As you get back out, the teleporter will take you back to the bottom, just re-step into it again to go to the top and go left this time hitting the spring. Set the water level down again so you can get into the room with the yellow and green on switches. Push the pushable wall down into this so its right above the float. Now go and raise the water level again. The pushable wall will stop the float from rising and blocking your entrance into the room, meaning you can go in, and push the anvil blocking your way to the green on switch. Don't press this yet as you don't have enough air, go and reduce the water level and come back for it.
With green on, head to the bottom and press the bottom of the depth switches. Now you can get past the float and go to the next room below. Collect all the jewels remembering to replenish air often, get the invincible once you have all the jewels. With the invinclible, head to the purple security switch so you can get out of the water.
Now you need 1 more jewel. Raise the water to its highest level and collect the cup from the room with the yellow and green on switch. You can now deposit this and exit. You'll need to use the teleporter near the bottom to reach the exit, do not reduce the water level or the float will upset the C4.
Insane 18 - Compilation
Collect the 3 bombs and use them to get to the ghost pill. With the ghost pill, collect everything that's inside the weak wall area. Now hit the spring at the bottom right area to go through the silver door and be teleported to a new area, where you'll spring through another silver door and eventually hit a wall. Now you need the 3 keys from this area, approach the rocks from below so only one string comes out and you can get the key without letting too much drop. Also, you need a rock in a minute from here, so try and drop the keys in a way that you can get to a rock.
With the keys, head back through the teleporter and when you get to the other side again, group through a door (the spring is blocking the previous way). Now push the explosive rock that's on the floor into the spring, this will end up in the second room you were in and stop at the wall. Go back in the room yourself and drop a rock on top of the explosive rock to get to the return point. Touch it. Now go back to the first room and head to the top left and pass through a gold door to the teleporter, you'll be taken to the next area.
Be careful not to let the growing walls grow too much but one thing you do need to do with them is block the C4 away, create a path all the way to the far right directly above the C4 and let the wall grow into this. When this is done hit the plunger. The growing wall will prevent the monsters from hitting the C4. Now you need to destroy these monsters by leading them into mines. Be sure to get 9 jewels from each and have a mine left at the end. After you have got the jewels and the keys from the area, run into the last mine so you reappear at the return point.
The plunger earlier took out a lot of the rocks from this area, so now collect all the orbs. When you have the orbs, pass through a white door, through the teleporter into the last room and through another white door at the other end. Now collect the speed pill and then hit the clock (in that order). With time stopped, go into the maze like area to the left and create a path from the anvil to the security mine, being very careful not to run into the mine. You have a few seconds spare with this so don't rush.
Once the anvil destroys the mine, the doors will open up. Plant a bomb next to the spring at the entrance to the tunnel before stepping on it as you need to get back out of here. Press the switches in here and the exit will then open up.
Insane 19 - Water bomb
The first step is to collect the bombs. You'll notice 2 entrance points into the water, you can take either, but whichever route you take, there's no surfacing ever. You need to use invincibles and air bubbles to survive. Use bombs to blow your way to the bottom as you collect invincibles, bubbles, speed-pills and auto-jewels. Also be sure to get bomb x 2s as your bombs will run out otherwise. There's no fixed path to take and if you waste no time you'll have plenty of air, you don't need every last jewel.
Insane 20 - Triple loop
Move one space down at the beginning to meet the walls before moving directly to the top to collect the first 4 jewels and the break jewel limit. Push the explosive rock across the where the tunnel blocks it and move down and right from there, not allowing the rock to explode and only having one path where it can fall down. Collect the 4 jewels from the other side of the tunnel. Now you need to use the explosive rock to destroy the walls underneath where you started. Because you have 8 jewels in your trail, you can use them to create a bridge for the explosive rock. Move up from where the rock would fall and push the rock over it while the trail is still there. Push the rock across until it falls and destroys the walls.
Now collect the shield and key. Move back up and use your trail to get the bomb. Let the first rock here drop so you can push it one space left (so you can get out and have a free rock without it falling). Go back down and use the bomb to destroy the next layer of wall. Next drop the rock you just freed down and it will get you past the fragile walls. Follow the tunnel collecting the bomb and jewels along the way. Plant this bomb at the far end inside all the dynamite so it will blow the whole lot up. When you get out of here you can collect the next bomb.
Go into the next set of tunnel. There's 2 openings on the tunnel leading to the same space where you can plant your bomb, opening the next room up (its the bottom left corner of the room with the auto-jewels). Now you can collect the next bomb and also the jewels since you can pass over the tunnel now. Deposit your jewels before heading up through the next tunnel to the top of the level. Use the bomb to get through the walls on your right and then hit the top spring. You'll be led into a mine and lose your shield, but regain control. Now you need to travel down through the jewels. You need to take a pretty direct route as you will be blocked after 20 jewels and need to get to the whirlpools. Also, don't collect the super jewels as the jewels above will fall and trigger the mines. Once you get to a whirlpool, collect all of the jewels, leaving the cups until last.
Now you will travel the outer edge of the level, hit a spring which will send you through a tunnel, and then another spring which will take you over purple security switches. Then collect the orbs and end up back at the tunnel you came to the outer edge in. Go through here towards the center area of the level and you can now collect some more jewels that have opened up. Go to the room full of jewels and after collecting those, collect the speed pill followed by the ghost pill. Once you have these go down and left out of the tunnel and go straight across through the walls to the far left area that has more jewels. Collect these and lastly the next ghost pill to get back out. Now head back to the center to exit.
Insane 21 - Treasure cove
Get the bombs and plant one at the top left corner of the room your in. Stay back as stuff drops into your area. Collect anything that you can if you feel its safe to do so. You may have to use another bomb but eventually you'll be able to go into the new space that's been created to get more stuff. Your first priority is 15 orbs but also prioritize on more bombs. Once you have 15 orbs, go through the orb door to collect the break jewel limits extending your maximum trail to 30. With a longer trail, you can dig deep inside rocks and collect things while still being able to get out before the rocks cave you in or kill you; don't push it too far though.
Getting another 30 orbs will allow you to go to the very bottom where you can blow some walls up from underneath all the items, allowing you to filter out some jewels from underneath and changing the layout higher up. As long as you focus on being efficient with bombs from now, the jewel target shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Insane 22 - Rare silver
Don't collect the key yet. Firstly you need to get the rock into the teleporter but you don't want to disturb the orb monster yet. Create a path so the monster gets stuck somewhere and then push the rock across until its underneath the key. Now let the key topple off of the rock to the right so that the key is up against the wall. Drop the rock and get it into the teleporter. This will go to the nearby teleporter and block it. Now go underneath the key, and head down from there so both you and the key go through the teleporter. Move directly left from the teleporter so that you don't run into the rock monster. Push the nearby rock onto the monster to get some rocks from it. The key needs to go into the inverter and triplicator so align the rocks into a steps sort of formation so that the key can topple off them all and drop through the inverter and triplicator. The end result is 3 rainbow keys that you can now collect. If it helps you can drop some rocks through the inverter before, that's where they're going eventually anyway.
When you have the keys, get as many of the rocks through the inverter as you can. Remember to collect the left of the triplicated rocks as often as possible or it will block the creation of a third jewel next time.
Now go through the silver door at the bottom and then through the door leading to the shield and break jewel limit. Collect these but leave the orb x 2 alone for now. Then head back to where you started, getting back through a single step. Kill the monster with your shield and get the orbs before heading back to collect the orb x 2. Also in the room in between, push the pushable wall into the socket for jewels and collect the bomb by stepping over the plunger first.
In the last room, use your 18 orbs to press the orange security switch opening up the exit and use the bomb so you can get the jewels from inside the wall enclosure.
Insane 23 - Hyper dodger
This ones all down to your reflexes and timing. There's very little help I can give. Just collect the jewels while avoiding the countless monsters. Remember there's no rush and the monsters will sometimes congregate to one area, don't be there at those times.
Insane 24 - Lakeside quest
Collect the key that is with the fish underwater and use it to get to the mouth monster. Collect the orb if you want but its not needed. Guide the mouth monster underwater so it eats the fish but make sure it can surface for air.
You now need to get the mouth monster to follow you as you head underwater to the bottom right area. Use the on switch to activate the air supply and replenish yourself before getting the invincible and speed pill. eventually the mouth monster will drown and leave 9 fish. Destroy these with your invincible. Its a good idea to let them separate a little for maximum jewels and is even better if you can unlock the 3 silver keys underwater too (not essential but beneficial).
Next head back to the starting area, go down the path with 15 jewels and get the invincible. Unless you got 3 silver keys from underwater, you need to firstly run into the mine nearby which leads to 3 keys. Now go back in the water, hit the mine at the end, and run into the mouth monster before the invincible wears off.
How many jewels you got from the fish earlier determine how hard the last part is. You need to travel through all the growing walls until you have enough jewels to exit.
Insane 25 - Full mental
The final challenge awaits. Start by hitting the spring directly above the teleporter to get to the room underneath. Next get a rock from the rows of rocks to your right. A good way to do this is move right until your at the top of the 3 rocks, move down to the bottom and push the bottom one right one space. The top rock will topple and land on your left. Push this so its directly underneath the teleporter. The reason for this will become apparent soon.
Go back in the teleporter to the first room. Push the block into the spring above the teleporter. This will spring into the bottom room and the rock you moved will stop it. Also get the bomb from inside the rocks and get the jewels too. Now hit the spring above the teleporter again to go back to the below room. Push the rock that's underneath the block so that you can then push the block up into the teleporter. This will block your access to the first room which is what you need. Get the bomb from inside the rock area and the jewels from there too.
Now step into the teleporter. Since the first room is blocked you'll be taken somewhere else. From here move up and you will hit a spring taking you down back to the teleporter which will take you to the next room on the right. Collect the gold key from the top part of the room and then head back to the teleporter. Use the gold key in here to get a silver key, collect any jewels and then get back to the teleporter from above (hit a spring that's on the path with the single step spaces).
See the inverter with a mine a few spaces above it? You need to guide the rock monster into the mine from below. Create a path working from the mine over to the monster. Be sure to have some space made below the inverter for the rocks to fall in. Unlock the room for the monster and let it go to the mine. Invert all 9 rocks and collect them.
The pushable wall near the inverter needs pushing into the inverter to block the nearest teleporter. At the top area there's anvils with a bomb inside. Drop the middle set of anvils into the teleporter. These will open your route at the other side. Follow them into the teleporter collecting the bomb as you go. In the bottom room pass the green on switches to activate. You now have 3 bombs to get the 4 sets of jewels. Use 2 bombs for the 2 rightmost sets. The last bomb should be placed in the gap that's 2 spaces left from the anvil above the other sets of jewels. Planting the bomb here will give access to both sets of jewels.
Now you can go back through the teleporter, deposit your jewels and exit at the place where the rock monster was. Congratulations: Insane mode is finished!
