Cave Chaos 2

Level Skip: Pause the game and press left shift + S to turn all the walls into exits and give you enough jewels.

All stages selectable. On main menu (new game etc) press Left Ctrl + left Alt + S to unlock all levels

Random graphics: Holding R while a level is loading will cause the graphics for soil and walls to be random rather than preset. Doesn't work with Cave Chaos 1 imports

Screenshot: Left shift + W at any time will produce a .bmp image in the main folder.

 

Cave Chaos 3

Twoccer World

Secret Stage: When selecting a stage to play in, type "stage" to unlock Final Base from Alien Decimation, it's an infinite plane

Stupid Mode: Type "mode" when selecting a mode to play (original etc) to make stupid mode option appear.

 

Alien Decimation

Bonus level: Type "bonus" on the main options menu to be taken to the bonus stage. This is like trial but you have infinite of all ammos.

 

Mental Loop

Unlock all stages in stage select: Press F9+F10+N on the title screen to unlock all stages.

 

Level Editor: WARNING. The editor is extremely non user friendly. It was made entirely for me to build the levels with. If you want to play around with it, expect crashes for trying to access sprites that don't exist etc.

From stage select, highlight the stage you want to edit, and press '=' (from main keyboard next to backspace) and E. This will open the editor. Holding H will provide some basic information. Some things to bear in mind:

* You are working with the actual level file, you might want to make a backup of any level you edit before you do.
* You'll notice a big pure red square sprite. This needs to be placed on steep slopes to overrides a problem with the games engine, load a level to see how its done. Without it, its possible to jump through a slope if you're running fast enough
* You can't edit the size of the level (where the screen stops scrolling) and you can't see where the boundries are from the editor, its all hard coded.
* Bosses are also hard coded. You can't make any change to where they appear etc.

And I'll say again, the editor is completely unofficial, I'm simply making it available for people who want to have a mess around. It's not easy to use and you will see crashes (I can work it because I wrote it and know the bounries)
